CPD Application
The attached CPD application template has been completed in line with FBU guidance.
The form has been completed using some of the language from the guidance, but some of it is down to individuals to provide their own examples.
The wording outside the brackets is pretty generic and should be ok for most applications.
Some suggestions have been put in brackets on the attached form, so this is not the finished article.
It still needs you to go through it and add some personal details, such as length of service and specific activities etc.
It is a starting point, but needs to be completed by you, so give it some attention.
