Specific pictures of the Windsor Crews

The Windsor Castle Blaze
The following 7 pictures are all of the Windsor Castle
fire in 1992.

In 1987 the Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service scrapped the retained
Firefighters at Windsor and Slough. In 1992, Windsor Castle suffered a major
blaze which cost millions of pounds. Now, the Brigade plan to CLOSE Windsor
Fire Station at night? But remember, that this decision will compromise public
and Firefighter safety not just in Windsor, but throughout east Berkshire.
Many thanks to the Windsor Express for these pictures.
